About the Project
Rolsen Mall is a mixed-use project in the city of Erbil, Iraq, that brings shopping mall and hotel functions together in the same building. The project was carried out and completed by Bend Yapı Company for the client Doğtaş Madencilik İnşaat Turizm San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.

Our Approach to Mixed-Use Buildings
In buildings that combine shopping and accommodation, wide-span commercial floors and hotel floors with more regular grids meet in the same structural system. Separating visitor, hotel guest and service circulation is decisive for the building’s daily operation.
