About the Project
Khosnaw Future City is a residential project of four high-rise blocks developed by Khosnaw Group in the city of Erbil, Iraq. Bend Yapı undertook and completed the reinforced concrete works of the blocks for the client Dağlı Group Company.
In high-rise residential buildings, the reinforced concrete structural system is the key element that determines the building’s safety throughout its life; regular and controlled progress of the repeated floors keeps the work schedule on track.
Scope of Work
- Reinforced concrete structural system of four high-rise residential blocks
- Foundation, shear wall, column, beam and slab works
- Formwork, reinforcement and concrete pouring carried out floor by floor
Reinforced Concrete in High-Rise Buildings
