About the Project
Sancak 12-Classroom Anatolian High School is an educational building constructed in Sancak, Central Bingöl, to meet the need for secondary education. The project was contracted and completed by Bend Yapı for the client Bingöl İl Özel İdaresi (Bingöl Special Provincial Administration).
The building brings classrooms, administrative units and shared spaces together in a single mass. Its red and white facade gives the building an identity consistent with other public buildings in the region.
Scope of Work
- Reinforced concrete structural system and rough construction of the 12-classroom school building
- Finishing works covering the facade, joinery and interior finishes
- Completion of wet areas, corridors and shared spaces
- School yard, entrance and landscaping
Our Approach to Educational Buildings
In school buildings, ease of daily use matters as much as durability. Easy-to-maintain, wear-resistant materials are chosen for heavily used corridors, stairs and wet areas, and classrooms are arranged to make use of daylight.
